DESCRIPTION:Get ready for a fabulous time! Whether your Chihuahua is fancy\, wild\, or funky\, this contest is the perfect opportunity for them to strut their stuff. Winners will not only walk away with prizes but also a shiny trophy! \n\n\n\nWe’ll be judging our awesome entrants on creativity and uniqueness. Plus\, there’sa special prize for the bestMexican costume that truly celebrates our Chihuahua’s wonderful heritage. \n\n\n\nHere are a few friendly rules to keep in mind: \n\n\n\n\nPlease keep all dogs on a leash or carry them. (We want to ensure everyone has a great time\, so unruly dogs or owners might have to leave.)\n\n\n\nWe kindly ask dog owners to clean up after their furry friends.\n\n\n\nThe LULAC Council #4971 may use photos of you and your adorable Chihuahuas for future advertising. (We hope you don’t mind!)\n\n\n\nOur judges are wonderful community volunteers\, and their decisions are final.

DESCRIPTION:Join us for our exciting Best Dressed Chihuahua Contest! Bring your Chihuahua dressed in creative and festive outfits and compete for fun prizes. Event Date: May 2\, 2026\, Check in time – 1:00 PM\, Contest beings at 1:30 PMEntry Fee: $25 🐾 All Chihuahuas are welcome to participate. Entry Fee must be submitted on or before April 27\, 2026; All proceeds support local scholarships and educational programs. \n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nContest Guidelines\n\n\n\nEligibility \n\n\n\n• All Chihuahuas\, regardless of age or size\, are welcome to participate in the contest. \n\n\n\n• Each Chihuahua must be accompanied by their owner or handler throughout the event. \n\n\n\n• Only purebred Chihuahuas are eligible to enter the competition. \n\n\n\nRegistration \n\n\n\n• All participants must complete an application form before the event begins. \n\n\n\n• A registration fee of $25 is required and must be paid in advance. \n\n\n\nCostume Requirements \n\n\n\n• Costumes must be safe\, comfortable\, and suitable for the dog. \n\n\n\n• Costumes must not contain sharp objects\, toxic materials\, or anything that could potentially harm the pet. \n\n\n\n• Outfits should allow the dog to move freely and must not restrict breathing or vision. \n\n\n\nBehavior \n\n\n\n• All dogs must remain on a leash or in a carrier at all times during the event. \n\n\n\n• Aggressive or disruptive behavior will result in disqualification from the contest. \n\n\n\n• Owners are responsible for ensuring their pet’s safety and proper conduct. \n\n\n\nJudging Criteria \n\n\n\n• Creativity and originality of the costume\, especially in representing Mexico\, will be considered. \n\n\n\n• The overall presentation and theme will be evaluated. \n\n\n\n• Judges will assess how well the costume fits the dog. \n\n\n\n• Interaction between the dog and the audience or judges is part of the scoring. \n\n\n\n• Best singer will also be recognized. \n\n\n\nOwner Responsibilities \n\n\n\n• Owners must supervise their pets at all times during the contest. \n\n\n\n• Owners are required to clean up after their pets. \n\n\n\n• Pets must be healthy and current on their vaccinations. \n\n\n\n• Owners must agree to photography and video recording throughout the event. \n\n\n\n• A signed waiver releasing the organizers from liability is required. \n\n\n\n\nRegister Your Chihuahua

DESCRIPTION:Join LULAC Council 4971 for our highly anticipated Selena Look-A-Like Contest! We are looking for fans to channel the “Queen of Tejano” through style\, charisma\, and stage presence. Check in at 3:00 PM\, contest beings at 3:30 PM. Entry Fee must be submitted before April 27\, 2026; All proceeds support local scholarships and educational programs. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nEligibility: Ages 9+. \n\n\n\nRegistration Deadline: April 27\, 2026. \n\n\n\nPerformance: 3 minute stage limit for runway walks\, posing\, or optional lip-syncing. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nContest Guidelines\n\n\n\nEligibility and Entry Information \n\n\n\n1. Eligibility: Participants must be 9 years and older. The contest is divided into two groups: Group 1 (ages 9-15) and Group 2 (ages 16 and above). \n\n\n\n3.
